Many inclined coil springs have high requirements for load accuracy, such as the load error of the valve inclined coil spring should not be greater than 5% ≤6% of the specified load, taking the wire rope tension ring spring as an example, when the wire diameter error is 1%, the error of the load is about 4%, it can be seen that strict dimensional accuracy is also very important to ensure the quality of the beveled coil spring.
5. Good consistency
The requirements for material uniformity refer to the uniformity and stability of the chemical composition, mechanical function, dimensional error and other indicators of the material, if the function of the material is inconsistent, it will bring great difficulties to the production of the beveled coil spring, forming the dispersion of product geometric dimensions, hardness, load and other parameters, serious inhomogeneity and even the waste of the product.
