Cleaning agent A is put into an oscillating finishing machine with coarse abrasive and spring or hexagonal drum (the volume ratio of spring to coarse abrasive is 1:3, and the amount of cleaning agent is 1%-2% of the weight of the spring) After grinding and polishing, wash with clean water, the scratches on the surface of the spring are gone, and the finish of the spring surface is improved. However, springs with high precision and easy to surround are not suitable for this method.
The above two methods can be applied to springs with high precision.
3. The ratio of cleaning agent and clean water in ultrasonic equipment is about 1:30, and the time is appropriate to restore the metal nature of the spring without oil and oxide scale, and take it out and wash it with clean water, so that the surface of the finger spring can reach the matt effect.
Step 2: Varnish the finger spring:
Put brightener B into an oscillating polishing machine or hexagonal drum with coarse abrasive (the volume ratio of spring to fine abrasive is 1:3, and the amount of brightening agent B is about 1%-2% of the weight of the spring, the longer the brighter) After polishing, take it out and wash it with clean water to dry, so that the appearance of the finger spring is like nickel plating and will never fade.
