2. Cleaning agent A is put into a vibrating polishing machine with coarse abrasive and spring or hexagonal drum (the volume ratio of spring to coarse abrasive is 1:3, and the amount of cleaning agent is 1%--2% of the spring weight) After grinding and polishing, wash it with clean water, and the scratches on the surface of the spring will be gone, which improves the finish of the spring surface. However, springs with high precision and easy winding are not suitable for this method.
The above two methods can be applied to springs with high precision.
3. The ratio of cleaning agent and clean water in ultrasonic equipment is about 1:30, and the time is appropriate to restore the natural color of the metal on the surface of the spring without oil and scale, and take it out and wash it with clean water, so that the surface of the finger spring can achieve a matt effect.
Step 2: Glaze the finger spring: Put brightener B into a vibrating polishing machine or hexagonal drum with coarse abrasive (the volume ratio of spring to fine abrasive is 1:
3, the amount of brightener B is about 1%-2% of the weight of the spring, the longer the brighter) after polishing, take it out and wash it with clean water to dry, so that the surface of the finger spring is as bright as nickel plating and will never fade.
