Wire spring jack
Wire spring jack, its full name is single-leaf rotary hyperboloid wire spring jack, which is a highly reliable jack component used in electrical connectors (that is, connectors) products. The hole is arranged by multiple elastic gold-plated or silver-plated wires according to the straight busbar of the single-leaf rotary hyperboloid, and forms an angle with the inner sleeve straight busbar. When the pin is inserted into the spring hole, the spring wire is elastically deformed in both the radial and axial directions, and the pin is in simultaneous contact with multiple independent spring wires in the spring hole, forming a plurality of independent current paths. Even if individual spring wires in the jack break, the spring holes can still form an effective current path. When the pins are inserted into the jack, these elastic wires are tightly wrapped around the pins, forming a multi-line contact, and a pair of pinholes is equivalent to several pairs of ordinary pins and holes used in parallel, which greatly improves the contact reliability.
