What is a bevel coil spring and what does it do?

Our inclined coil spring is also called spring finger and finger finger spring , touch spring, it can transmit strong current in a small space, but also can be used as a purely mechanical connection. There are no restrictions on its use, and it is suitable for use in a variety of static or dynamic medium and high voltage environments. The size of the spring fingers and the independent number of coil turns make the spring suitable for a variety of electrical contact designs and for electrical or EMI shielding with the best current-carrying capacity with a large contact point. Each coil will independently compensate for contact and surface variations, which allows for a wider range of tolerances between fittings. Multiple contact points increase conductivity, and at the same time its operating temperature is relatively low, so it has a longer service life.

Our spring finger technology is used in power contact applications in a variety of industries, including medical electronics, medical devices, aerospace and defense, energy and automotive, and more.

The advantages of spring contact fingers are as follows:

1, Simple structure, small size, less materials, low cost; Meet the requirements of small space and size in device design, suitable for compact design; The small number of components simplifies the design of connector parts. 2. Multi-point contact, high concentration, can achieve almost lossless contact. Ensure a large current carrying capacity; Good electrical conductivity, high electrical and thermal stability. 3, The contact pressure of each contact point is not high, and it has good wear resistance. 4. The unique structure makes it have a wide working range; Large tolerances are allowed in the contact surfaces; It has greater adaptability to processing errors and assembly errors, and is more suitable for large-scale production.

Application range of helical contact finger springs:

1. High and medium voltage switch

2. Busbar connector

3. High current connector

4. Solid sealing pole

5. High voltage chain end parts

6. Fuse connector

7. Mechatronic applications
