Common probe applications

ICT/FCT Series - Fixture Probes. Standard testing is performed on centers of 50 m, 75 mil and 100 mil.

Short Travel Probe/Battery Contact Series - Compact probes with limited travel. Often used as a battery contactor.

The interface between the interface probe-fixture and the test system is usually implemented by this option.

Pneumatic Probes - Selective access to a single test point with limited access.

Threaded probe (screw) - threaded for safe installation. For wire control test modules.

High Current Probes - for high current applications.

Switching Probes - Dedicated probes with integrated switching elements, mainly used for field testing.

Push Back Probe - During the pushback of the connector, the seal seat of the connector element is verified.

Probes can be divided into test probes, semiconductor probes, ICT probes, high-frequency probes, high-current probes, battery contact probes, etc.
